How to return your order.
If you wish to return an item, please register your return online using the link below. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to register your return.
For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns policy to help you shop with confidence for gifts. Purchases made online between 26 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 can be returned until 16 January 2026.
For purchases made from 20 December 2025 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply.
You will need your UK order number and e-mail address used when ordering.
When your return has been registered you will receive an e-mail confirming the return and with further instructions.
Exchange of Items
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, color, or size, please place a new order.
Refund
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Claims
