Return your order
We hope you are delighted with your Dea Kudibal purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please register your return online using the link below within 14 days of receiving your order.
To register your return, you will need your UK order number and the e-mail address used when placing your order.
Once your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information you need to complete your return.
Exchange of Items
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different style, colour or size, we kindly ask you to place a new order for your preferred item.
Refund
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed and your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Claims
If you have received an item with a defect or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team before returning the item.
Our team will be happy to review your claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not return a faulty item before receiving instructions from us.
