How to return your order.

If you wish to return an item, please register your return online using the link below. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to register your return.

You will need your UK order number and e-mail address used when ordering.

NB! Use the order number that starts with UK. Unfortunately, there is an error on some of the delivery and return notes, so a different number is displayed as order number.

When your return has been registered you will receive an e-mail confirming the return and with further instructions.

Exchange of Items
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, color, or size, please place a new order.

Refund
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Claims
If you are returning an item due to a defect, please register it using the provided link as well.
