ORDER
Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 1-3 working days.
Once you have selected the items you want and placed them, please fill out your personal information such as name, address and payment information, once this is done, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Please note that this is not the final order confirmation, you will receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved and the product is registered in our warehouse. It is only an electronic acknowledgement of the receipt of your order. Dea Kudibal retains the rights to cancel the order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
RETURN
Dea Kudibal offers a 14 days return policy from the day you receive your goods.
Please register your return in our return portal before sending back your order / parts of your order.
When returning an order from the UK, please note that Dea Kudibal does not cover the cost of return shipping. You are therefore responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment from your location to our warehouse.
Any applicable VAT and duties related to the return will be covered by Dea Kudibal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and keeping the tracking information until your return has been received and processed by our warehouse.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
General terms
The GWP product is automatically added to your cart once the minimum spend is reached.
The minimum spend for the campaign must be met.
The offer is valid while stocks last.
The offer can be used once per customer.
All related campaign material will be removed once the promotion ends.
Dea Kudibal reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
Returns and exchanges
If you return all or part of your order and the total order value no longer meets the minimum spend requirement, the full value of the selected GWP product will be deducted from your refund.
It is not possible to exchange the GWP product for another size or colour.
If you return the entire order including the GWP product, Dea Kudibal’s standard return policy applies.

Remember to get a proof of postage together with a tracking number. Dea Kudibal can not be held liable for packages sent without proof of postage and tracking.
Goods must be returned unused and must be returned with the original price tag. We strive to uphold an easy and fast return process. Once a return order has been received and accepted, it subsequently takes approximately 14 working days before the refunded amount has been transferred back to the customer’s bank account. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

PAYMENT
In order to place an order on the Dea Kudibal webshop you must have a valid credit card. When you place an order with your credit card the amount will be verified and reserved on your bank account. Once the order has been shipped, the amount will be withdrawn from your account.
We accept the following types of credit cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard debet, Maestro & Mobilepay.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice
Please note that you can only use Klarna as payment method, if your country uses EURO.
