Fast delivery is important for us, which is why we try to ship all parcels within 1-3 working days.
Delivery charges include VAT and Duty!
Returns
For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns policy to help you shop with confidence for gifts. Purchases made online between 26 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 can be returned until 16 January 2026.
For purchases made from 20 December 2025 onwards, our standard returns policy will apply.
Standard Returns Policy
Upon delivery you have 14 days to register your return in our Return portal. Returns are processed and refunded within 10 working days.
We do not offer free returns from the UK.
